Born July 1986, Kansas City, MO
Gregory began painting with watercolors at age five, and over the course of the next several years, shifted to acrylics and then oils. Despite a strong drive to learn about painting, he did not seek out formal instruction but opted instead to learn through the firsthand process of trial and "error". The urge to explore that long provided the impetus for his painting also led him to pursue a degree in biology, and it is with a biologist's curiosity that he approaches each piece. Gregory has been named by Southwest Art Magazine and Fine Art Today as one of the most promising young representational painters in the art world today. He lives and works in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
